There are different ways you may sign-up as a Member of LYC Classic.

Sign-up online using the URL given to you by an LYC Classic Member or Director
(example: http://www.lyconline.com/id/0.htm ).
Go to the Business Forms link in this web site where you will find the Membership Application Or Director and Autoship Applications.
Print the form(s), fill it (them) out and either fax or mail it (them) to LYC Classic headquarters. The address and phone numbers are on the forms.
Look on the Calendar link for a meeting in your area and attend a presentation. You may sign-up as a Member there and buy LYC Classic products.
